Why...

Went shopping today, and I must say, I agree with LJ, I'm spending so much less, not only money, but time, shopping it's fantastic. I don't go up and down every isle any more, just the ones I need to.

Must say, I'm really pissed off at the way some companies CHANGE their PRODUCTS!

Ya try everything, decide which product you like, ensure you keep a stock on hand, but when you have to replace what you need, THEY'VE CHANGED IT!

They either change the packaging, the product or worse delete it altogether.

This last couple of trips, they manufacturers have changed my favourite "Paradise lights" bikkies, AND deleted the variety of soap I like. Now, it might not seem much, but I don't GET much, and I like what I like.

Why do they do it? Someone please explain!

This last couple of weeks has been good for me, weight wise. Lost over 4kg this fortnight. It's great, I'm averaging 2.2kg a week. I'm in the groove and movin' fine.

Next two weeks should be interesting, we're going away, but I'll be fine. We'll be staying in a house, so I'll just take everything I need and no problems.

I bought myself a frypan today. I'd bought a tiny one about a month ago, but when ya spend $7 on a frypan, you can't really expect top quality. And it wasn't. I'm not real partial to eating the non stick coating, and I think more and more of it was ending up on my dinner, so I've retired it, and bought myself a really REALLY good quality little frypan. It's so good you just about don't need any oil or anything. The only problem with it is that you aren't allowed to use spray oils, so I have to use normal oil, but only a tiny tiny amount (it doesn't need much at all, only for browning, not non-stickyness). The spray oil's propellant aparrently attacks the non-stick coating and ruins it.

So there ya have it. I have a frypan, no soap, the wrong bikkies but most importantly, the loss of 4kg.
